FAQ

Good questions.

Do I need an account?

No. Tenfold works fully without one. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code only if you want your setup to follow you to a new phone.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. The only things that leave it are the message you send to the AI, monthly totals for insights and an anonymous install ID. Details are in the privacy policy.

Which languages does it speak?

The app is in English and Ukrainian. The AI understands English, Ukrainian and Russian, typed or spoken.

Which currencies are supported?

Hryvnia, US dollar and euro. Pick your main currency in Profile.

Does it connect to my bank?

In Ukraine, to monobank. More banks and statement import are on the way.

What happens after the free trial?

If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the 14 days end, your Apple ID is charged $23.99 and the subscription renews every year. Cancel any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is Tenfold financial advice?

No. Tenfold helps you see and plan your money. For investments, loans or taxes, talk to a licensed professional.
